From Surviving to Thriving to Life Coaching

My life is my greatest testimonial.
My journey of self-help, personal development and life skills has taught me about relationships and human behavior.
It has paved the way to me supporting my clients as a life coach.
For many years, I was in true survival mode. Life felt like I was going into combat every day! I did not trust anyone; I did not even trust myself, but I learned from my mistakes. I did not have positive expectations. I had goals that I did fight for and achieve, but I did not have happiness or peace.
That changed for me and those around me. Each day, I live “One day at a time.” I no longer feel the immense pressure that was self-imposed. I have unity now because I know that I cannot isolate and do life alone. I have support from healthy relationships that want to see me thrive. I never knew how to set boundaries and be comfortable with it because I had lived for so long without boundaries. I respect my boundaries and the boundaries of others. This was not an overnight change. For me, it took decades to go from surviving to thriving. Now, I pay it forward. I believe I receive the clients who need what I have to offer. Each client is unique. Some have lost their way and their identity. Some have been hurt in relationships. Others struggle with assertiveness. I offer private sessions on Zoom or phone that are safe and confidential. I offer flexible scheduling. Call or schedule a free discovery call. That’s how you can start to see that your life can be more. Let go of fear and hesitation. Call 516-262-1686.

Have a blessed day. #confidence coach #personal life coach #motivational coach

My Experience as a Caregiver

I remember the first time that I was a caregiver. I was a new teacher in my twenties. My paternal grandmother in her eighties was alone and in need of care. I visited her in between teaching middle schoolers, attending graduate classes and having a social life.
