Positive Affirmations Offer Motivation

Positive Affirmations Offer Motivation

It is 2024.  I just stumbled upon some super-refreshing affirmations at https://theeverygirl.com/50-positive-affirmations-you-should-tell-yourself/. So what did I do?  I wrote down five affirmations that I need at this point in my life.  They are on the top of a large whiteboard in my office.  I can read them readily.  They are accessible to me to guide me through each day as I work toward my goals.  They also are what I need right now to be my best self.

We all evolve: learn, grow and mature. We all experience life events.  Affirmations can offer encouragement to manifest what you desire such as love, abundance, self-esteem, health, gratitude and more.  Many affirmations that I have needed in the past no longer serve me due to growth.  For example, many years ago I used, “This too shall pass” when I was in survival mode.  I also leaned on “Believe” in the past to build hope and a better future.  Now, as I look at my five new affirmations with excitement and expectancy, I am ready to see what they will cultivate.

So what can you do?  Find 3-5 affirmations that encourage you when you read them.  They should invite what you are seeking to add to your life.  Recite them, write them in your planner, on post its, and anywhere that you will see them.  You can use them as journal prompts.  You may notice fruitful, creative ideas and insights about yourself.

Happy manifesting!
