Inviting “New” Into Your Life

Inviting New Life

Nurture What You Want to Grow

It’s March, and you may be longing for Spring (just 16 days away).  There is something exciting about this time of year as you welcome the sunlight, chirping birds and more outdoor activities!  You might be inspired to do Spring cleaning and to purge clothing and material items that no longer bring you “sparks of joy.”  The process of decluttering offers a sense of freedom.  Listen to my podcast for the benefits of removing the mental and physical clutter in your life.

Now, is an ideal time to invite new into your life.  Make room for what you want.  Say goodbye to people, places and things that no longer serve you.  No guilt, no apologies, no regrets.  You deserve a good life!

Get rid of negative and defeating mindsets.  If you struggle with old hurts, they are still hurting you; they are impacting your current life.  It’s time to let go.  If negative thoughts repeatedly come to your mind, they are affecting your mental health, daily happiness, and quality of sleep.  In turn, your mood, productivity and relationships are being impacted as well.  Is your mind, where you are?  Remember, if your mind is drifting, you are not “being present,” or focused.

If you want to do a “Spring cleaning” of your life, you can.  This means that you can deep clean, cleanse and detox your life, not just your home or office.  Remember, that your mind, body and soul require care and attention. If this sounds like something you are ready to do, but just do not know how or where to begin, contact me.  We can get started!  It’s Springtime.  Let’s make room for the new that we want in our lives.  Believe!

My Experience as a Caregiver

I remember the first time that I was a caregiver. I was a new teacher in my twenties. My paternal grandmother in her eighties was alone and in need of care. I visited her in between teaching middle schoolers, attending graduate classes and having a social life.
